Context
Shit2Power, an innovative sustainability start-up, aims to transform sewage treatment plants into a source of renewable energy. To support their mission and attract investors, I helped migrate their website from WordPress to Webflow and establish a modern, responsive landing page that effectively communicates their vision.

Decisions & Results
I created a minimal yet scalable style guide in Figma and Webflow, based on Shit2Power’s brand fonts and colors, with responsive and accessible units. I also applied Client-First guidelines for consistency and maintainability.
The layout was designed on a responsive 12/6 column grid system. I added UX interactions, scroll animations, and improved navigation behavior.
I conducted UX and performance testing, fixed bugs, optimized animations, improved accessibility and SEO, and compressed assets — achieving a PageSpeed score of 90 on desktop and 80 on mobile (pagespeed.web.dev).
Collaboration was organized well using a shared Notion database, which tracked tasks, feedback, and timelines between me and the client, insuring smooth communication and a transparent process.
Outcomes & Learnings
The project was delivered collaboratively within 9 working days, balancing design, development, and iterative feedback. The client was very happy with the result and expressed interest in expanding the landing page into a full multi-page website at later stages. It was a crash course in prioritization and client communication, demonstrating how to ship a professional, branded experience efficiently under time constraints.
